Office Administrator

Due to rapid business expansion we’re looking for an Office Administrator to join our group of companies.

Based from our new service centre, you’ll need to be organised with good IT & Telephone skills.

The role will include liaising with customers & overseeing the maintenance of their records, management of email inboxes and calendars, population of service documentation, close cooperation with our suppliers and a multitude of other ad hoc office and administrative tasks.

Flexible part time hours, with the view to increase hours as suits. Minimum 20 hours per week. Pay depending on experience (circa £24k-£28k pro-rata)

Installation & Service Engineer

Due to rapid business expansion, we're looking for a Full Time Installation & Service Engineer to join our group of companies to help us grow further. We’re an organisation which makes our team members feel valued and appreciated. We maintain a positive company culture whilst delivering excellent customer service to our wide range of clients.

The job role is primarily based in Bristol & Bath, but there is some travelling around when required.

The role will consist of Installation & Service work on Access Control, CCTV, Fire & Intruder Alarm Systems. We're a dynamic company with a focus on Customer Service so the individual will need to be professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team when required. The ability to work efficiently and prioritise jobs as required.

The role will include a van, company mobile phone, laptop, uniform.
