We offer the full range of Intruder Alarm Remote Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) Monitoring for your Intruder Alarm System. This add-on service connects your system to our central station. They receive signals from your alarm system which let the central station know what action to take.

We utilise the CSL Group’s award-winning product range following on from the recent announcement that BT will be closing down their RedCare range of signalling products.

With your system linked to our Alarm Receiving Centre, every update from your system is sent using a secure 4G encrypted service. We offer both Single Path and Dual Path products, which use either 1 or 2 independent connections. These don’t require a telephone line. We do offer some products which can use a LAN connection, should network availability be an issue. Each product uses a world-sim which means it can connect to any network in order to signal.

We offer both keyholder only and emergency services response. You may find that having police response is a requirement of your insurance policy.
